1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Bookkeepers and Associates LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, forms, or communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. SERVICES
We provide bookkeeping, accounting, and related professional services. All services are described on our website and in any service agreements. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.
3. SMS MESSAGING TERMS
SMS Program Description:
Bookkeepers & Associates operates an SMS messaging program to communicate
with prospective and current clients. Messages include appointment reminders,
Clarity Call confirmations, application status updates, waitlist notifications,
bookkeeping service communications, and occasional promotional messages
such as service availability announcements and educational event invitations.
Messages are sent only to individuals who have provided express written consent
through our Bookkeeping Client Application survey.
Age Restriction:
Our SMS messaging program is available to individuals who are 18 years of age
or older. By opting in to receive SMS messages from Bookkeepers & Associates,
you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
Opt-Out Instructions:
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to (561) 200-6688.
After sending STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will
no longer receive SMS messages from Bookkeepers & Associates. To re-subscribe,
sign up again through our intake survey or contact us directly.

Message & Data Rates:
Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received.
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services and
your stage in the client journey. Contact your wireless provider for
details about your plan's messaging and data rates.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer:
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Bookkeepers &
Associates is not responsible for any delays or failures in SMS delivery
caused by carrier networks or technical issues beyond our control.
Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us. For information about how we collect, use,
and protect your personal information, including SMS opt-in data, please

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for
marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors
in support of our services is permitted under confidentiality obligations.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform the services. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data and for providing access to any third-party accounts we require to deliver services.
5. FEES AND PAYMENT
Fees for our services are set forth in our engagement agreements or on the website. Payment terms are specified in the applicable agreement. Late payments may incur interest and collection costs as allowed by law.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
We will treat your information as confidential and will not disclose it except as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law. You authorize us to share information with subcontractors or service providers who assist in delivering our services under confidentiality obligations.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookkeepers and Associates LLC’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the prior twelve (12) months.
8. WARRANTIES
We provide our services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, logos, and materials on our website are the property of Bookkeepers and Associates LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
10. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. Upon termination, you will pay for services rendered up to the termination date and return or destroy any confidential materials as instructed.
